One thing to do when launching your restaurant on social media

Are you launching a restaurant? Creating profiles for your restaurant on social media?

If you’re opening a restaurant, there’s one thing you need to do before you even open the doors.

The look of your space is as important (if not more important) than the name of your shop.

In today’s world, if you’re not thinking about social media when designing the layout of your shop, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity.

If you create a gorgeous space, with white interiors and trendy looking signs and design, people are going to want to visit.

Even better? People are going to want to share about their experiences on social media.

The Grange Community Kitchen nails it:

If you haven’t visited The Grange Community Kitchen in Hamburg, you’ve gotta add it to your list ASAP. It’s an adorable spot with awesome service, a gorgeous vibe and delicious food!

Buffalo blogger Taylor Flynn and I visited for our first time last summer and were completely blown away!

My vlog showcases the space and shares why I think the aesthetic is everything.

Bottom line is, if you’re not thinking about the look of your space before you open it, you’re missing out on an opportunity to have your customers do some of the work for you!

When you have a gorgeous space, people want to share! (I mean, Taylor & I were Instagram-storying the heck out of that place.)

When your customers become your brand advocates by sharing photos on social media, you know you’ve hit the jackpot.

Do you agree that the design of a restaurant plays a huge role in its ability to succeed in today’s social-media driven society?
